Some school districts are sending out "their own" notification forms with requests that do not follow Ohio Regulations, it is very crucial to your home schooling rights to use ONLY the standard forms and procedures recommended by Home School Legal Defense (HSLDA) or Christian Home Educators of Ohio (CHEO).
